The Pie Society: Monthly Pie Making Workshops focusing on seasonal fruit.
It is time to bring back the "Pie Society" . Beginning April 25th we will begin ushering in the bountiful harvest of spring/summer fruit. Each month we will focus on pies made with fruit that is in abundance. We will go over the basics of pie making in every class, then we will work together to make and bake those pies. The co-op will provide the supplies including a glass pie pan that each class member will get to keep.
Pie class is approximately 2 to 2.5 hours . We will start promptly at 6:30 pm. Limited class sizes. 1st class is April 25th and we will be making Strawberry Pie!!! $50 per person.

April 25th 6:30 pm
May 2nd 6:30 pm - Strawberry/Blueberry pies
May 16th- Blueberry themed pies
May 23rd- Fruit Creme Pie w/ Meringe
June 6 Apricot/Peach
June 13th- Peach
July 11th- Cherry
July 18th -Cherry
August 1st-Peach
August 8th- Peach/Pear
